Enter and work in confined space
Tom Price and Sons conduct RIIWHS202D Enter and Work in Confined Space training and assessment on site and at our premises.
INTRODUCTION:
In Australia hundreds of people enter a confined space every day and some of them never make it out alive. It is the right of every worker to go home at the end of the working day uninjured. Entering a confined space is between 50 - 100 times more dangerous than performing normal work duties. Most fatalities and injuries occur because most employees are unaware of the hazards associated with working in a confined space and are not properly trained or equipped to handle the hazardous situations. For a person to work safely and efficiently in confined spaces formal training is essential.
