Proudly established in 1975, SKYPASS Pty Ltd, trading as Tom Price and Sons, is a locally owned and operated Registered Training Organisation (RTO4520) based in Bunbury, Western Australia. With decades of experience, we specialise in delivering nationally recognised training and assessment for high risk work licences, as well as a broad range of non-high risk plant and equipment courses.

We support industries across WA with flexible, practical training solutions tailored to meet real world needs. Our offerings include both accredited units of competency and non-accredited training, with the ability to customise courses to suit individual or business requirements. Additional course options are available on request, and all pricing is provided upon application.

Tom Price and Sons is registered with Western Australia’s Training Accreditation Council (TAC) and fully complies with the Australian Qualifications Framework, Standards for RTOs 2025, and all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

INSPECTIONS AND SERVICING

Tom Price and Sons also have qualified inspectors available to conduct annual and statutory plant and machinery inspections.​

Our inspectors have substantial mechanical and operator experience in a wide range of plant and machinery and are compliant with Australian Standards and Work Health and Safety Regulations.

We are also a registered Motor Vehicle Repairer, Licence Number MRB7000 and Refrigerant Licence AU18222.  ​
