Tom Price and Sons have a comprehensive process in place to manage any complaint or appeal presented. The following submission form provides an avenue to all participants wishing to submit a complaint or appeal in line with Standards for RTOs 2015.
A complaint can be made to any member of the RTO regarding the conduct of:
All complaints and appeals are heard and resolved within 60 calendar days of receipt. If the Tom Price and Sons considers that more than 60 calendar days are required to process and finalise the complaint or appeal, the complainant or appellant will be informed of the reasons for the extended time frame in writing and will be regularly updated on the progress of the matter.
